Midstream Open Golf Tournament

Base fee:
  • Secure a spot for you to bring a company food truck/trailer or arrange and sponsor a local food truck to set up near registration or on the course to feed the golfing masses.


    We anticipate close to 200 attendees please plan accordingly.

    A SAPA representative will reach out prior to the event and schedule set up of your truck/trailer for the day prior to the event.
  • Volunteers are the key to our success!

    If you are available to assist in the set-up or tear down of the event, registration, raffle sales or another one of the many opportunities provided by this event please register here to do so. This will ensure our volunteer coordinator has all the necessary information to assign you duties the day of the event and get you the necessary information prior to the day of.

    Sponsors have the option of setting up a small tent or table to hand out giveaways, snacks, drinks, etc.

    What is it:
    Each player will have the opportunity to "tee-off" using a modified AR-15 golf ball shooter.

    What it is:
    There will be two beverage carts roaming the course with a TABC-registered attendant driving and handing out the beverages (to meet Hyatt/TABC requirements). The beverage cart sponsor will receive their own cart to follow the beverage cart and mingle with players. Beverage cart will serve domestic beer, water, and Gatorade.

    Exploding golf balls for all players

    What you do:
    Each player will randomly pick a ball out of a bucket. The players will hit the ball they selected. The ball will either "explode" or shoot out a streamer upon contact. The player who has the streamer ball will win the challenge.

    ***Prize will be determined and provided by sponsor.

  • Single player to be assigned a team by SAPA event coordinators.

    *We will do our best to accommodate special request pairings but are unable to guarantee you will be placed with the individual or team you request.

    Each individual will have to tee-off with a child's driver or pay $10 to avoid this sabotage. (Sponsor is welcome to come up with a sabotage of choice, but please obtain approval from SAPA event coordinators)

8:00 am – 1:00 pm (Creeks and Lakes Courses)

A silent auction will be held during the entirety of the event.
