2022 Overview

Tom Harris

VP of Engineering

Tom joined Howard Energy Partners in 2021 as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to joining the company, Tom held various roles with Momentum Midstream and Chesapeake Energy from Facilities Engineer to VP of Project Management, Construction and Operations. Tom’s focus for the past 20+ years was on greenfield project development and operation across 7 states.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining from the Colorado School of Mines.
