Del A. Hilber has more than 25 years of experience in the deregulated energy industry. As Senior Vice President of Asset management and Technology at RPower, he is responsible for asset management, energy market operations and technology. Dels passion for operational excellence drives him and his team as they support RPowers Market Operations Center. Prior to joining RPower Del held prior senior leadership roles at Constellation Energy, Vice President of Products and Pricing and at Pyxis Energy as a Managing Partner. Del majored (BS) in Information Systems Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
