Angela Sanchez has been with Valero since 2007, beginning her career as in-house legal counsel within the Labor & Employment group and advancing into leadership roles supporting employee relations, talent development, and university engagement. She brings a strong background in employment law and workforce programs, paired with a long-standing commitment to community service. Angela served on the Board of AVANCE San Antonio for 11 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Trinity University, as well as a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s School of Law.

Jennifer brings nearly 16 years of experience in the midstream energy industry, with a career that began in field operations and evolved into engineering, project management, and operations support. She has worked across gas and liquid assets, including pipelines, processing facilities, and terminals handling refined and renewable products. In addition to her technical leadership, Jennifer is passionate about mentoring, community involvement, and university outreach.

Lori Lopez has more than 23 years of experience in utility operations, having grown her career from an entry-level engineering role into leadership across infrastructure, technology, and asset health functions. Her work has spanned system design, outage management, customer infrastructure delivery, and operational support teams. She holds a master’s degree in Management of Technology from UTSA, is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, and is actively involved in supporting and developing women engineers.
