ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST CHECK IN AND TURN IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL SIGNED WAIVER FORM. Teams will be disqualified if any member does not comply.

Payment is due at the time of registration. If your organization prefers to pay by check, it must be received within 30 days of registration to avoid cancellation of your unpaid registration(s). No exceptions will be made.

It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure that payment is submitted. We are not responsible for following up on outstanding invoices.

All funds collected for teams, sponsorships, and related items are considered charitable contributions to the Midstream America Scholarship Fund. As such, no refunds will be issued, and credits from prior years for unfilled teams will not be carried over.

Proceeds from the event go directly to the Midstream America Scholarship Fund (MASF), helping to support the next generation of industry leaders.
